Democratic, loving teamwork, customer-oriented, trustworthy, open to communication, aiming for continuous improvement
Improvements could be made if they understood the testing process and considered test failures in the testing phase. Having the engineers understand the testing process would greatly benefit the company if they are open to strengthening the company.
Actually offer a career path, promote people or anything, its much lip service and no action, unless you are part of the CEOs inner circle.
Given the results of their sctions, Resigning.

Bring back C&I leadership frim 2018
understanding how hard it is for the people actually doing the work and make it easier for us.
The leadership at UL needs to put ALL employees first, not just their prized Engineers who can't even figure out the simple programs we use to store account data.
They need to focus on the company mission. Priorities are terrible.
Review from Engineering Dept
UL pays temps that quit within weeks significantly more than the pay there long term employees. Therefore driving loyal skilled employees to other companies. They focus on petty issues and fail to meet the needs of the customer unlike the old CTL.
Valuing employees who are the backbone of the company.
Supporting young professional growth, instead of only their own interest
Review from Sales Dept
Being honest with their employees and communication both expectation and recognizing achievements.
More customer and employees focus
Open opportunities for everyone, not only friends
Review from Operations Dept
Living the mission they preach. They are all talk and no action. They have no idea how the average worker feels. They live in ivory towers and have no clue how the people who actually do all the work feel. They absolutely clueless.
Review from Finance Dept
Our local management team has made a lot of bad decisions over the 10 years that have created a lot of long term and short term problems. I have no complaints about the greater UL leadership team.
Review from IT Dept
Upper management needs to become more aware and hear from those who are within the lower ranks of the company. Step up meetings or those from lower ranks should meet with upper management so that they get a more accurate picture of the working environment and daily activities.
Review from Sales Dept

Understanding that you have to have actions that show you care about workers Work/Life balance, not just saying it. 50-60 hour weeks are the norm because we can't hire anyone...What is the response when things get behind....Work harder. This news is out there about us. Maybe this is why we can't hir
