What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders and managers follow servant leadership principles and empower staff to be the best they can be. I appreciate that even during COVID when many co's were letting go of staff, our leadership team did everything in their power to prevent this from happening and stood by us to get through it!

Staff are well compensated, and receive additional bonus based on performance.
