What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not sure all the right people are in place at my function's leadership team level; the corporate executive team is - I think - well chosen and qualified.

They are great leaders while remaining human and care about human part of the relationship with the employees. That is a huge value, at least for me, and so rare, hence precious.

The leadership team is consistent in communicating with the entire company, and our status against goals is transparent so we all know our quarterly and annual statuses. They also provide great insight as to how to better ourselves as people in general and are on top of current events.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus percentage is the best part of compensation. Our time off is not competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was explicitly told I was being underpaid and that although management recognizes my value, there's a freeze on promotions until the dust settles on the re-org.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct manager is very supportive and really cares about their people. I enjoy working with many very intelligent, accomplished experts across functions. DE&I still has a ways to go - cis/white/male is still often the default 'model' in many cases.

I have a manager who really has an open-door policy. Even if they are in a meeting, they respond to me right away and set up a time to talk. We also have a lot of humor in our department, and as we know, laughter can get you through a lot of tough times.

It wasn't so much the interview process, but the time to actually set up the interview was about 6 weeks. I felt that was a very long time, especially when I really wanted the job. It was hard to maintain the interview enthusiasm.
