What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having a 401K match is awesome. Benefits are very well priced, too.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing projects makes me very happy, and learning new and more efficient ways to complete those projects and having someone willing to teach those new solutions is amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a diverse team so it makes it fun to learn about others' cultures. We all work very hard, and it makes me proud to be on my team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't so much the interview process, but the time to actually set up the interview was about 6 weeks. I felt that was a very long time, especially when I really wanted the job. It was hard to maintain the interview enthusiasm.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is consistent in communicating with the entire company, and our status against goals is transparent so we all know our quarterly and annual statuses. They also provide great insight as to how to better ourselves as people in general and are on top of current events.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a manager who really has an open-door policy. Even if they are in a meeting, they respond to me right away and set up a time to talk. We also have a lot of humor in our department, and as we know, laughter can get you through a lot of tough times.
