What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent pension and bonus as well as base, but very little is directly related to individual performance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been underpaid respective to pay scale/midpoint for majority of career.Internal promotions are met with tiny $ salary increases. Pay scales often are secret and not shared. Managers do not have budget to correct people that are underpaid without hurting other team members.HR has no plan to help

I should be paid more and benefits should be better. Maternity leave is only 8 weeks. Other companies have far better parental leave policies. I would feel better about my compensation if it paid about 15-20k more.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diverse and inclusive workplace with lots of flexibility and impressive COVID response making customers and employees the priority. This proved wise and ensured continued growth.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat and reward people fairly. Reward execution versus philosophy. Increase compensation for underpaid employees. Provide more mobility, transparency and flexibility for younger colleagues. INVEST IN PEOPLE MORE!
