The job is somewhat easy to get, and the pay rate is competitive, but they seem to have a great many internal problems with their management procedures, leaving the employees in a somewhat bad position of dealing with seemingly incompetent on site managers, and an uncaring payroll structure.

The interview process was simple, and straightforwards enough, but upon being hired, the promises made are often exaggerated, or completely false.

Coworkers and fellow employees are somewhat rude, and aloof towards newcomers. There is very little assistance provided that does not include an attitude. They are often dirty, and unkempt, and expect others to clean up after them relentlessly.

The list of things wrong here is too much to fit into 300 characters, but the employees are all somewhat scroungy, the managers are seemingly incompetent / uncaring towards employees, and the setup is difficult to handle as everything is done in a tightly enclosed space.

I have been shorted on my paycheck almost every week for the last month and a half, and end up having to contact on site managers to get my sorted pay returned to me the following week. I would like my paycheck to be correctly handled every week without fail.
