More support from management, I am burned out they know it; they also need to could use some help and have known this for over a year and I still don't have it.

Am the only one at my site that can do my job and am constantly farmed out to our customer to assist with projects that they should have internal teams for. What would make me feel better about my compensation is getting more of it; need significant raise to keep doing this solo.
