
micromanagement from the VP level down kills any chance of continuous improvement. too much time in the weeds is spent by the president down to his team.
the employees must come first over cost cutting and sacrificing for a low OR. We cannot continue to not reinvest in this company. It has gone down hill quickly due to the perceived need to save a dollar over spending on what needs to be done.
We need to improve the communication, a 5 page weekly win meeting is not cutting it. We also need the tools to do the job with in order to succeed. We have lost too many valuable team members by saying do more with less. The stress is not worth the compensation
