In a nutshell, I would describe XPO as a good company that has the ability to be great. I have great managers. I tell people that XPO takes good care of me. Change is also never ending. Sometimes I think we change too fast. I want us to get better, and I hope to retire here but not in this role

Setting COVID debacle aside, morale is poor. We need to improve employee engagement. Our people want to know they are appreciated and their efforts matter.

There are several team members that are awesome. Unfortunately as a whole, we as both a team and company has lost touch with the fact we are a SERVICE provider, and our customers are important. We need more

I love the fact we have manager calls and get a peek into what is happening. There is a fair bit of transparency. I feel like in general we as a company try to do what is best, but don’t always know
