My experience has mixed emotions. Right from a very open and dynamic company where a lot of work and opportunities were given to no opportunities for the last 2 yrs. This is particularly because of some ego clashes at the top which lead to no new work transition even after all the promises.

In india, xpo certainly falls in one of the lowest paid and doesn't pay Fairly. I think there is a need to do a revision for many.
