XPO has great potential based... the business + passionate workers. Almost all effort is put toward delivery, not politics. BUT, the culture doesn't leverage the leadership within the ranks and the lack of structure on key processes creates chaos and a poor experience.

bonus structure is ok... not great. No long term incentive... i got that at lower levels w/ prior employer

servant leaders, not so dictator like. structure the demand so that we interrupt less, commit more accurately and increase the trust factor w/in the org and w/ our clients

Seeing the problems and actioning a plan that has a long term vision, not just surviving the moment. 1 - Smart Suite - no structure to this product 2- Demand Planning - we say yes to everything and pass the burden down to employees and out to clients 3 - Hire & Retain - all aspects must improve
