my experience here @ XPO is a traumatic one. we do not train incoming personnel correctly. the burden of running this terminal falls on only the backs of a few dedicated workers who have a no quit attitude! our management & leadership need an immediate overhaul or we will lose more than employees.

as a CSR, we have grown to rely on each other as we have no real management support . we take the initiative that our management team fails to do on a daily basis.

the leadership here @ NCH needs to start with ACCOUNTABILITY, INTEGRITY & enforcement of rules & regulations. we have no clear cut leadership and it shows with their lack of regard for Safety, Freight & operational integrity!

am undervalued because i care more than the people whom you have charged to run this terminal. YOUR LEADERSHIP must begin to assert themselves in a more effective & positive manner and then we can begin to service our customers in a manner more fitting than what is currently happening.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
they hired a new SCM. he was never properly trained but he was expected to come in and take the reins of this terminal and lead us into the future. you cannot expect the untrained to perform on a level that they are not prepared to take on. that is at the top and it just trickles down hill.
