I use to love coming to work and loved my work environment it was like a 2nd home. This is why i have worked so many years and have been a loyal employee. But over the past few years more double standards occur hand have been addressed and there is no change. I am no longer happy to come to work.

There commitment to support each other no matter the department or the task at hand. Focusing on 1 common goal together. We have worked many years together.

To many double standards and unethical behavior on a repeated basis. To where long year employees with high ratings are wanting to leave the company that they enjoy working for because they in a loosing battle. The buddy system and clicks out rank the right thing to do. Integrity should be 1st.

They believe in the core values and do strive for them and giving back to the communities. However at the micro level there vison is not followed as it should be. This is where high turnover can occur. Due to staff only sees the company as the 4 walls they work in and not at the corporate level.
