I love working for the company and hope to retire from the company, however, opportunities for African Americans and Women in management are not very plentiful and XPO makes you apply for positions rather than promote from within FIRST, before looking for outside employees. This is unfair

Employees other than those that worked for the VPs are not promoted, however they became Project Managers with no experience or education to match
