I really have enjoyed working for XPO. The commission structure can be lucrative and the opportunities to grow organically within he company are numerous as well. The only knock I have is the unknown of selling the company.

In our branch it is not "cut-throat" in the sense of it's rep vs rep. The culture is that we all work together to help each other do more and make more.
