More industry training needs to be done, but the training program also need to be overhauled.
They are not having a flexible schedule that will accommodate working from home or doing this job remote. Also, what was promised to me as OTE with bonus seems to not be what is possible with this position.
Thinking outside of the box, and working on issues and not just say they are working on it. Not be afraid to do big changes and not just continue with "this is the way it is done in the industry".
