The people here are very nice. Even when there are reasons to be frustrated they manage to communicate the point well without being rude.

The best part is the health insurance policy. I recognize that XPO puts a lot towards that benefit so it is less costly to me.

My interaction is mostly with other teams. My team does not communicate well. I chose to office with the Operations team to feel like I am part of a team.

Lack of training and role clarity is why I gave management a low grade. Teams need more leadership, a clear goal, and opportunities for growth. Adopting a Scaled Agile framework to align company goals to each team and provide a timebox for implementing solutions would be a good step.
