overall experience is good, however only concern is there is no onsite oppurtunity provided as other company provide onsite oppurtunity which help in building confidence of stakholders and also motivate the team, i belive peron working in same process cnd be reloacted onsit will be plus point.

My compensation is not what is expected from a market standered, am working below 40% , as a leader i donot ask for this however they should know what the market rate is currently going on and as per that decession should be taken. this is also one of the factor where most employee leave
