People are heard. The Company may not agree with, or implement what is being recommended, but the Company will listen to your position.
My team gets along very well and will let each other know when something is not right, but never in a way that is negative. In fact, when I interview candidates a big part of the equation is "how do I feel that person will fit into the team?"
I believe our executive team does a good job of being available, if needed, which is NOT the case with most companies of our size. I believe that when you see them in a location they take the time to actually interact with you and they take an interest in what you have to say.
