I work hard to improve my situation of my goals. It is disheartening when I am doing my job, but the company is failing on their end to allow me to succeed (damages, transit times, missed PU). I am only as good as the service we provide.

Make pickups, stop damaging freight, improve transit times. Seems like the same locations have the same repeat problems and they don't get fixed, even though everyone knows and talks about it. You want to beat Old D? Be better than them!

The ability to help the company grow. I believe in XPO being the best company or getting to be the best, but we have a lot to improve on the service side. We need to improve our word of mouth on the streets with our customers and the retention of those accounts.
