I don't have it in my current positions, but I love the uncapped commission for the reps. Please never get rid of that.

We aren't micromanaged by people who are not in the office. Every Brokerage office gets to form its own identity and it brings out the positivity of its employees.

We get things done. We don't set meetings just to set another meeting. We have goals, we get them done and in return, we all work with confidence in each other while having a good time.
