People look out for each other and are understanding of the "life happens" aspect of work vs life balance
I have worked with XPO for 6+ years and I feel as though the title given does not reflect the years served as well as the knowledge I provide for this company.
There are certain members of the company that doesn't understand how other departments that interact with them are utilized. Therefore, there are communication errors, language barriers, and lack of accountability from the departments in question
They need to recognize the proper talent for certain roles. Employees are not expendable based on the needs of different teams. Once Executives learn from that and recognize where specific talent needs to be, I believe XPO will be a better place to work
