Equipment maintenance and acquisition of talent at the shops through out the regions. Our equipment being short or broken is killing our regions.

We need trucks, trailers, people. Then things will settle. I am working at a break neck pace to change that culture at my location.

Get us more trucks, retire the Sterling's, get the shops staffed back on 24 hour shifts! Balance the trailer pools regionally while the weather is good.

More compensation. I am hiring Drivers that are making more than me. Why is the supervisor who is responsible for running the organization being paid less than the line staff? Back off your profit goals and start caring about the staff again!
