The people. They are kind, generous and very smart people. Even when they get verbally abused, or disrespected, they keep a cool head and still produce quality with professionality.

Send out anonymous reviews of managers. Just like employees get reviews. Managers should too. So many things would come to light if this was done, and it is free to do. A simple anonymous survey where employees (specifically LTL) can review their managers and say the truth that needs to be said.

My manager makes me feel inferior and has the most hostile and rude way of dealing with employees I have ever seen. This is demotivating and flat out wrong.
