Mostly good. I feel that HR does not investigate enough on situations. The 0% tolerance policy does not exist. The pay could be a lot better for what we do and what our bodies go through for the customer.

Most people care about each other. Most supervisors care about their team and want to help them the most they can.

They care about life outside work as much as work inside. They see us as people and understand that sometimes things come up that need to be taken care of.

We like to have fun. We like to be around each other and talk about our kids and family. I look forward to coming in and working with a great team

A team gets away with everything. They cannot do wrong. When they mess up they blame another team who takes the hit for the issues. As apart of the second team I feel that my opinion does not matter and have to do as the first team says along with another set of responsibilities
