There is lack of support in this company. When an issue arises and it is escalated up the chain, no one cares. A lot of times it is pushed under the rug. Management doesn't care!

Stay off of their phones, come to work everyday and offer to assist others who are needing help.

There is nothing that makes me happy at work. Most days I dread coming into work because I have no help in my department.

Making sure the seasoned employees feel appreciated. Employee of the month is a joke, it's a popularity contest. The same people get it over and over. I think it needs to be rotated so that everyone has a chance to be selected.

I cannot say there is anything I like about the leadership in this company. There are favorites within the departments. People are allowed to sit with their feet propped up while they play games on their phones. Although you escalate to the management team, they turn a blind eye to the issue.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I have been at this company for over 3 years with perfect attendance. I don't feel as a senior employee that I should be paid the same as those who have an attendance problem. The temporary employees come into the company making as much as the FTE's. This causes the morale to be very low.
