I do back office IT software work and it is an incredibly challenging and fast paced environment. We service internal customers and help resolve a variety of program or process issues. 40 hour work weeks are unheard of, especially if you want to progress your career. It is manageable though.

IT (Corporate) Leadership team is incredibly adaptable and open to feedback.

I love the variety! I do IT project work and no two days (or even hours) are the same! Management is also incredibly supportive and are not afraid to challenge us to be better while supporting our efforts.

My individual team is well managed and leadership promotes a sharing and communicative culture. Teammates are always willing to help each other even if it isn't part of their direct job. This is a reflection on the fantastic leadership the team has.

XPO is supportive of so many diverse cultures, races, sexualities, genders and other things. I love the different discussion had on Workplace on many different subjects, some not always comfortable. I appreciate that XPO tries to address and support all types of people.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
My role is a bit of a hybrid between three other positions. I love the challenge it presents and the management support, however, I do not feel like I am financially compensated for the role. I receive compensation that is comparable (and competitive) to a BA but do BRM, PM, and BA work.
