Typical LTL environment if your accustomed to it. I think there is a drastic separation from the top level of what actually happens down at field level. Alot of focuses on everything but the operations. Overall, still a good company to work for and they mean well.

We keep our team informed of our current status and of the district. We keep it real, find small wins to celebrate, try to address actual issues timely, and it help keeps the employee's upbeat and focused.

To get an "A" rating in LTL is strictly based on numbers for excessively hard to reach goals. Not enough attention bases on individual performance, terminal status, or the barriers you work 65 hours a week to overcome.
