Was a very positive experience for the first 2 years but the last year and a half service has really deteriorated and it is very hard to keep customers and to bring on new ones who will stay. The company is trying to address but it is taking too long for most customers.

My direct Sales Manager is great to work for. Keeps us informed as to what is happening with the company.

If we offered better service then I would not lose hardly any business and I would get some big bonuses. I am constantly bringing on new business only to make up for what we have lost because of our service.
