
there are a few coworkers who actually care about their jobs
they dont have the proper work ethic, no respect , lazy , and sometimes act as if they are above you
communication amongst all shifts , letting go of the drama and problem starters , providing the proper pay for peoples roles in the company
i am working as a shift lead for 5 + months and still being paid as an LC when i was told there will be a change in pay
pay needs to be adjusted to reflect my role as a lead, some coworkers need to be replaced , management needs to step up and have better communication with everyone
