Too many children working in an office for adults. Mgmt which is disrespectful and is quick to put down employees with a smart remark meant to make the employee feel less than others.

Communication. The only communication I get from any mgmt personnel is when I make a mistake. Nothing is done to be proactive to prevent the error. Training is very lack luster.

Sharing information. As the low man on the totem pole and after being with the company for over a year I feel I have learned very little compared to others. If my mgmt team does not feel I am capable of doing more with my job then set me free.
