XPO use to be okay, but now anymore it feels like we're just a business for the dollar at any expense of the employees. Something should have been done a long time ago to help alleviate the bigger terminals. Upper management needs to get through there heads this is not a "covid push".

We're the worst pay in the industry for supervisors. Not even close. Then we wonder why we can't hire talent.

I literally come to work each day wondering how we will ever get through the work load we have to get through. Don't sleep at night because you're always worried about the next day.

You don't care about us. Terminals like us at NCH have been over run for months now and nothing from upper management has been done. We work 65 hours through the normal week and then on saturday for more hours just to stay manageable.
