Work on growing and promoting employees. Give an employee an option to move to higher positions if there is no growth available in the current team and not hold them back.
I love what I'm doing and like to grow in my position . I like serving my customers and provide the service we do and make sure we are optimizing their job performance.
Being offered a bonus just like other employees at the companies. I can't understand why Supply Chain doesn't follow Corporate lead and give their employees who are not directors bonuses since we are all contributing to the company's bottom line not just directors and above.
The company is trying to get better and make us feel comfortable, but some of our upper management still have the old habits of the previous company and still did not adjust to XPO culture which makes it hard to feel you are working for a more progressive company.
