XPO is a great company and has the potential to be the best. However, until the service issues are repaired, we will continue to lose customers.

Being in Sales and not having to see the Operations people too much.

Improve the LTL service; stop missing pick ups, stop damaging and losing freight. Hold your management team accountable. The bad attitudes start from the top and trickle down.

The sales team always helps one another. I cannot say the same for the Operations team. They are a disgrace. No one and I mean NO ONE cares . Very sad!
