It's been a year and it's been during some challenging times and I believe we have done a good job considering the situation we are in. The team at my center and my colleagues are professional.

Overall its good, the vacation could be better. Whereever I've worked in the past they start you off with 3 wks vacation except XPO.

I like the cohesiveness of the team that I work with, the challenge is the operations in the U.S. and how they are impacting our customers in Canada as well as customers in the U.S. I understand there are challenges however I feel we are more concerned about cost than service.

When things go wright and I have time to focus on work I'm actually employed to do and that is sell. I personally don't like the service aspect of the job however I understand if you need to get things done then you have to do it yourself as there is no proper support from customer service.
