I'm very happy to be part of XPO but I feel we haven't been providing the service over the past couple of months that is creating a lot of tension within our company. We are definitely shorted staffed in many areas including drivers, dockworkers, CSR's, SCM or FOS.

We need to be more transparent regarding our current network situation and develop an action plan to achieve our goals. We are not acting as a premium carrier with 70% on-time delivery performance.
