XPO is starting to embrace diversity and inclusion. Still work to be done but at least it's a start.

There is lots of favoritism at XPO. People are promoted who don't deserve to be and the qualified are overlooked or given empty hope. My manager for instance was promoted while on maternity leave and now barely manages our team. She is not fit for management but promoted anyway.
