That i am one of the strongest person for this company who contributes some amount of growth towards company.
I got motived to see the people (team mates) who works so hard but don't get any appreciation but still they work perfectly.
Start provide the financial benefit to the people who is working from home. Start yearly bonus instead of RNR. RNR winner should not be any team leader, manger it should be the employee who worked hard.
There should not be any partiality and politic within the team mates, , everyone should be rewarded for their work in terms of financial as well in the team meetings. people do over strech, work on weekends but we don't get the Overtime for that and for weekend working as well.
