The leadership team of my division is excellent. But higher up I don't find them as inspiring or relatable.

I feel that the culture of my location isn't reflective of the organization. my location is very friendly, open, honest, hard working - we are like family. Our boss values our efforts

We need better IT resources. We need to feel valued by executive manager. Our president is great but he's a refreshing change from previous president. Also, people want to continue working from home. We need more work life balance.

I don't feel that executive level appreicate the loyalty and years of service. I feel valued by my immediate managers. I've also seen XPO take advantage of employees when they are seeking promotion - XPO does not compensate fairly for promotions. External hires can make more than the internal pro
