
I'm not sure what you mean by "the leadership team".
Diversity of ages, experience, and background, brings new and different views on how to solve problems.
In general, the employees are very dedicated and focused on achieving their work goals, but they don't let that prevent them from having fun at the same time.
There is no best part currently. It would be awesome if I could cash out some of my vacation rather than be forced to use it or loose it.
It's been difficult to hold onto the talented workers over the past few years, and equally difficult replacing a worker once they've moved on. I don't have a suggestion for how to improve that issue.
