Our current interm manager treats everyone like they are useless and talks to them that way too. She has already had 7 complaints done by both associates and customers on how she talks and treats us
I have been a supervisor for 3 years and I have also had to step up and be interm store manager 5 times during these 3 years and I am barely paid more than my associates. The assistant store manager, who is lazy and doesn't do much, is paid signifcantly more and I do all the work
