I joined Calix 2 months ago. The onboarding experience, which included opportunities to meet with senior leaders, was great. My co-workers are genuinely happy to work at Calix and (virtually) welcomed me with open arms. I am very optimistic about the future of Calix.

The Calix Leadership team continually reinforces the mission and purpose of the company. During leadership meetings, they include a broader group of employees for parts of the agenda including guest speakers. Our leaders are passionate about making small, rural broadband providers successful.

Engagement - Executive leaders meet with new hires each month - this gives new employees an opportunity to learn about each team and ask questions. 2. Transparency - the ELT live streamed several sessions from their on site meeting and Sales Kickoff so we could all hear the same messages.
