All of the email communication that they send to keep employees informed. The respect they have for the employees. (We're not treated as a number but as people.) The passion and excitement that they have for Calix' mission. The care that they give their customers.

Willingness to answer questions quickly. If I need assistance, I get it usually within an hour (depending on their workload). Treating me with respect and not making me feel like I'm their subordinate. All of them are so very nice. (I can't wait to meet them in person one day.)
