Again, how much everyone cares about each other's lives not only at work but outside of work. In a highly remote world, I feel like I have the best of both worlds.

I appreciate how approachable they are and how much they value my life outside of work and my overall well-being. It makes a massive difference to feel like I can go to them with anything and they allow me to be flexible when it is needed.

The benefits are great. I also appreciate how often my manager and the executive teams proactively bring up my salary and want to see my career continue to develop. I feel like I am valued and would never feel nervous asking for a raise if I felt it was time that I might deserve one.
