My overall experience is very positive. I find my co-workers and leadership team very supportive. Sometimes, I feel little disconnected from the strategy of the company. I have a lot of experience in the industry and would like the opportunity to participate more often.

(1) Highly experienced Individual contributors are not leaders at Calix. Not invited to join corp leadership mtg. Manager not always = Leader. (2) Limited emphasis on promoting within. Tend to hire leaders, rather than groom within. Never been asked. (3) this survey seems to be self-congratulatory.

I have been in my role for almost 8 years and have received a lot of praise and internal awards, however, I have only seen 1.5% per year increases on my base salary. I have been told that my base pay is low for my contribution and my bonus percentage.
