I enjoy what I do, I can see my work put in action, and can showcase my skills. I haven't dreaded coming back from vacation or the weekend to get back to work. It's a great feeling to be happy all around.

We are a work from anywhere company. The culture to have the ability to work comfortably anywhere is fantastic. WFA I believe increases productivity and communication, making every better at communication. I think WFA is a huge morale booster itself and a major morale booster in the middle of covid

I like their honesty, transparency, encourages you to call their cell phone to chat if you want to. They can be formal and informal at the same time, showing you that they are human. I don't think they would ask you to anything they wouldn't do. I view many of the leaders as servant type leaders.
