My store's manager is okay. Her boss, however, is awful. She chokes our hours forcing the store to operate on a skeleton crew, and as such it's extremely stressful and poorly maintained, especially during peak hours. She will retaliate against any negative feedback. She demands the impossible of us.

I feel like I'm asked to do the work of three people with the pay of one. Frankly, I'd be okay with it if they weren't so strict about the hours.

Perhaps it's just my coworkers, but they view mistakes by rookies as learning opportunities. I've never been yelled at for doing something wrong, just informed of my mistake and taught how to do it correctly.

My manager is dealt a terrible hand and somehow manages to keep the store afloat. My store would be a derelict without her. Anybody above her? Only had negative experiences, and I've never heard anything positive about them.

My team is absolutely lovely. My coworkers at the store are all amazing workers and give me at least a little motivation to keep going. I'm going to feel bad for leaving them when I quit. They deserve so much better than our Casey's.
Che cosa sta andando male e come può essere migliorato?
Corporate needs to be more lenient. We are chronically understaffed, but no amount of hiring will fix it as we must stay under 500 hours a week. There are also major logistical issues with delivery, as we never receive everything we order and always receive things we didn't order.
