I have been provided with a lot of support and training and feel like I've learnt a lot in a relatively short space of time. There hasn't been any support yet offered with the cost of living crisis or rising inflation. It's effectively been a pay cut due to the rising cost of everything else. Yet we are busier than ever and I find I'm doing even more work and even logging in earlier.
