Treat employees like people vs numbers.
The HR team was excellent.
Being able to collaborate with people in other departments brings some eye opening data.
Top level leadership needs to make the members feel comfortable with the changes they are trying to make
The benefits are terrible. Vacation policy is antiquated ith no distinction between hourly/higher level positions at club level. The medical is expensive and not even a great plan.
Location specific managers need to be better about addressing concerns with the VPs- they tend to shut down vs address the concerns for fear of making themselves look bad.
