Location specific managers need to be better about addressing concerns with the VPs- they tend to shut down vs address the concerns for fear of making themselves look bad.

Communication! Plnning, acknoledging one another! Team work. Uf you wanna bring this club to success we need stop puttig social and cultural bariers and work toguetete towards the same goal.
I like having a range of access to what the club provides, ie, golf, discount meals, and access to the gym and pool. I like that I am provided with needed jackets and pants and if I want more I can get them for a discount.

As a contractor I am able to set goals. Once we meet and then surpass we are compensated very fair

they make funds available so that the managers can show appreciation and compensation for above and beyond, but the managers tend to spend it on themselves instead

Most of the members and coworkers have a golf course attitude where things are laid back, and people are comfortable having fun. We always have conversations with members and exchange stories. Everyone does what they need to and have a good time

Top level leadership needs to make the members feel comfortable with the changes they are trying to make
No checks and balancing of the club. You rely on a few people and trust only a few to tell you how things are really going.
This company needs leaders. Those that are willing to do the right thing instead of the thing that makes them the most money. There are some real garbage human beings running this company.
My last question about my service was the opposite, the chairman asked for me by name and several customers would do this, when I left they asked about me constantly. What needs to improved to keep good workers is actually train your MANAGEMENT and PAY YOUR STAFF
